Why the name change? Growth without change is impossible…
After a lot of discussion and consideration, we decided to change our name from Piedmont Beach Volleyball Club to Beach South Volleyball Club. We want everyone to know and understand that we are independent from any other club. We are not associated directly with any indoor club, and are open to anyone from any indoor club who want to use beach to better their indoor game, or want to make the switch completely to beach. We have many coaches who coach at different clubs and high schools all over the Triad. We want to make sure we create an environment that is welcoming to all players, regardless of what indoor club or high school they play for. We have the same coaches, the same training, just a new name. We are excited about this change and believe it is in our best interest as our club continues to grow. We look forward to seeing you soon at Beach South!

The 2014 beach volleyball season was our best season to date. Our Beach Development Program continues to grow. The talent level this season was the best yet. Though we couldn’t list everyone’s finish in every tournament, from BDP to CDP, we did want to list the following:
